Japan is one of the best game developing countries in the world. The great PSP tiltles like Naruto and Bleach game series came from this country. With the release of latest game consoles today such as the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii, the PSP has slowly been fading from the scene.
The launch week of the PSP game Monster Hunter 3rd resulted into 323,000 PSPs being sold over Japan. The PSP and Monster Hunter were the best selling console and game during that week. The latest Tales game, Tales of Graces F for PlayStation 3, came in at second, while Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem for the Nintendo DS are in fourth place.
